Background
Ownex Labs ships several products with a small team. Work was spread across spreadsheets, chat, and memory, which led to dropped tasks, unclear ownership, and no shared view of each sprint.
The team had been running on Linear and Jira across 8 people, paying per seat for tools that were heavier than needed and split company work from personal tasks.
Ownex Board was built to replace both: a single-page app on Supabase auth with Kanban and list boards, sprints, backlog, retros, and stats. It is fast enough to use all day and simple enough that company and personal work both run through it.

The Solution
Ownex Board is a single-page app on Supabase auth that organizes work into tickets, sprints, and projects. A drag-and-drop Kanban board and a list view share the same data, with sprint planning, backlog, retros, team management, and stats included. It is kept simple so company and personal work move through one flow, scoped to the team.
